Information you choose to share

If you contact The Network or send a project inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide. That may include your name, contact details, company, project type, locations, timing, budget range, project stage, and production details.

The project form sends the information you enter directly to The Network through Formspree, our form-delivery provider. Formspree processes the submission, helps filter spam, sends an email notification, and retains a copy in the account dashboard as a delivery backup. Formspree may also receive standard technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and the referring page. Its services involve processing and storage in the United States. You can review the Formspree Privacy Policy.

Please do not use the project form to send payment-card details, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. You can contact us directly by email or phone instead if you first need to discuss an appropriate way to share project materials.

How inquiry information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, understand requirements, recommend production solutions, prepare estimates, execute approved work, and maintain appropriate business records.

When appropriate to evaluate or fulfill a project, relevant information may be shared with production, installation, logistics, media, or technology providers involved in the work. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PCKT17RR95) is off unless you choose to allow it. If enabled, it helps us understand information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring source, general browser or device details, and interactions with project, phone, email, and catalog links. A confirmed project-form submission may be counted as a lead event, but we do not send form entries, contact information, or project details to analytics.

Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services and provides further detail in the Google Privacy Policy.

Analytics storage and your choice

Your selection is stored in your browser under “the-network-analytics-consent” until you change it or clear your local browser data. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies “_ga” and “_ga_PCKT17RR95” for up to 90 days to distinguish visitors and maintain session information.

Declining keeps analytics off and does not affect the site. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics Preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies, but it does not automatically erase information already transmitted. A browser's Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a choice to keep analytics off unless you later choose otherwise.

Third-party content and destinations

Some site imagery may be delivered by third-party media hosts. Those providers can receive standard technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, when your browser loads the asset. Links to other websites—including the promotional-products catalog—are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Business information is retained only as long as reasonably useful for responding to inquiries, delivering work, maintaining records, and meeting legal or operational obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Questions or requests

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, contact info@thenetworkproduction.com or call 949-414-4195. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
